You may list your property or business on one of the many eWorld Holidays websites. By listing your property or business on any of the eWorld Holidays Websites you agree to be bound by the below Terms and Conditions.
eWorld Holidays provides a number of websites where you can book accommodation and travel product on line via third party suppliers. eWorld Holidays also provides a property and business listing on these websites that allow properties and businesses to list their products and services. The information that is presented on any of the eWorld Holidays websites is completely reliant on information provided by third party suppliers. At no time does eWorld warrant or guarantee that the information presented on any of the eWorld Holidays websites is accurate, complete or free from error or omission.
In listing your property or business you must not;
- Use the website to post or transmit any information or materials which breach laws or regulations, infringe on third parties rights, breach copyright or trademark;
- Use the website to post or transmit any material that threatens, offends, defames, harasses users of the website;
- Use the website to transmit viruses;
- Hinder or tamper with the website.
By listing your property or business on eWorld Holidays you warrant that you comply fully with the 4 points listed above.
Your listing on a eWorld Holiday website may be subject to a free trial period subject to the approval of eWorld Holidays. By accepting the free trial you agree to provide a backlink to the eWorld Holidays websites. At the end of your free trial period you will be asked to pay for continual listing on the eWorld Holidays website. If you do not continue your listing you will be removed from the eWorld Holidays website. If you agree to continue your listing on a eWorld Holidays website then you agree to pay all invoices when they fall due for listing services. Failure to pay invoices on time will result in your service being terminated and your listing removed from the eWorld Holidays webistes. Should you wish to be relisted you will be charged an administration fee in addition to your normal listing fee.
Cancellation of Services
Should you wish to discontinue your listing, you must inform us within one month of your renewal date. Otherwise, the period of listing that elapses from the renewal date until advice of cancellation will remain payable, plus an administration charge
